Cancellation Policy

When booking classes at Pilates Anders, you agree to our cancellation policy. For all group classes, there is a cancellation deadline of at least 24 hours prior to class, regardless of the reason. Cancellations can be made via WhatsApp or text message to 06-82415174. Without cancellation, the class will be charged in full.

During substitute classes by Shani, all Reformers must be occupied. In case of insufficient reservations, the class will be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the start.

Liability

Pilates Anders is not liable for loss or theft of personal property. Participation in classes is voluntary and at your own risk. When in doubt about health or injuries, it is the client's responsibility to consult a physician before participation.

For safety, it is important that clients follow the instructions of the instructors when using the equipment. By agreeing to these terms, the client agrees not to make any liability claims against Pilates Anders or its instructors for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal property.
