Saskia Roesink

I am Saskia Roesink, podiatrist since 1992 and certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2015. I did my training in Cape Town, South Africa (The Movementlab) and The Hague (K'Dans).

My passion for pilates began years ago, when by chance I was introduced to this unique way of moving. Through my work as a podiatrist, in which I treat people with foot and posture problems on a daily basis, I became more and more convinced of the added value of pilates. This method creates awareness of the body and posture and helps people function better under professional guidance.

The combination of my knowledge as a podiatrist and my experience with pilates means that I often see connections between complaints and primary injuries or abnormalities elsewhere in the body. Many complaints arise from compensatory behavior and keep coming back if the cause is not recognized. Pilates helps make these limitations visible and offers the opportunity to work on them in a goal-oriented way, with the ultimate goal of pain-free and functional movement.

My vision is simple but powerful: by looking at one's posture differently, many injuries can be resolved or even prevented. Moreover, pilates is not only effective, but also a fun and challenging way to exercise. I look forward to sharing my expertise and enthusiasm with you!

Shani Bar Dimri

As a dancer, choreographer and pilates instructor, I believe that our body is our most important asset. It is our means of moving, feeling and learning about ourselves and the world around us. I was introduced to pilates after an injury, and this method gave me back confidence in my body. It taught me precision and acceptance, including the realization that we are a little different every day.

In general, I see movement as an opportunity to get closer to your body, trust it and enjoy it. I look forward to meeting you in the studio and sharing with you the knowledge I have gained over the years. This includes a combination of the practical and artistic worlds that I believe in so strongly.

Eline

My name is Eline and since 2024 I have enjoyed teaching reformer pilates classes at Pilates Anders. After my training as a pharmacist, I started to study more and more precisely the holistic side of health. This inspired me to also start a training as an orthomolecular therapist, in which I increasingly look at the well-being of the body from a broader and deeper vision. Movement also plays a crucial role in this, and since I discovered pilates myself several years ago, it has become an indispensable way for me to create balance between strength, flexibility and mental peace. My enthusiasm for pilates was so great that I trained as a STOTT Pilates instructor, and now I get to share my passion for this fine way of moving!
With my classes I hope to inspire others to become physically stronger, but also to develop more awareness about their own bodies and well-being. I look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for pilates with you and would love to welcome you to one of my classes!

Anastasiia

After a bicycle accident, I started buying all kinds of books on anatomy. I wanted to understand how to fix my pain because no physical therapist or other healthcare professional could help me at the time.

"Is there any form of exercise that doesn't cause pain?" - that was my main question at the time.

Then I heard about pilates.

"Can pilates help my body?" - I asked myself.

From then on, my own journey began and I developed a new passion for this physical and healing form of movement.

Now I am a pilate trainer and I love how much I have learned about my own body since then. I feel strong and have gained the confidence that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Amelia

Discovering Pilates a few years ago completely changed the way I move. Learning to connect breathing with the core and the core with movement was a real eye-opener-an experience that ties in seamlessly with my meditation practice.

After completing my STOTT Pilates training, my passion for exploring classical Pilates equipment and its endless possibilities only increased.

If you are looking for a deeper connection between breath, body and mind, Pilates is a challenging, inspiring and immensely valuable journey. I'd love to help you experience the benefits for yourself!
