At Pilates Anders we work with a variety of classic pilates equipment to support you in a versatile way. Under our professional guidance, you work step by step to improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination. Our classes at Pilates Anders

At Pilates Anders, you can choose from both group and private classes, tailored to your needs and level. Our group classes are small-scale, with a maximum of five participants. This way there is always room for personal attention and guidance.

For those who prefer one-on-one guidance, we offer private classes in which you work with the instructor on your goals. Want to train with a friend or partner? Then you can also opt for duo classes. Whichever class form you choose, at Pilates Anders you will work safely and effectively towards a stronger, more flexible and balanced body.

Group lessons

In our group classes, we work with a maximum of 5 participants per class. This ensures that everyone gets the attention needed to perform the exercises properly and safely. These small groups allow us to respond to individual needs and goals, while also allowing you to experience the energy and motivation of the group.

Private or duo lessons

Would you prefer one-on-one counseling, or with a partner? You can! We offer private lessons, in which you get all the attention you need, or duo lessons in which you take the class as a couple. Good and personal guidance is our priority, which is why we deliberately keep the groups small. This way we can support you optimally, whether you want to work on your technique, have a specific goal, or just want some extra guidance.

Can I also take a trial lesson?

At Pilates Anders, you can book a one-time introductory class through the Momoyoga app. Don't have any pilates experience yet? Then you can join our special Introduction Class for Beginners. This class is usually held on Saturdays, but in consultation another time is possible, depending on availability and with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 participants.

Do you already have experience with pilates? Then you can also use the introductory class for another class available in the schedule.

What are your rates?

Our rates can be found on the booking page through Momoyoga. We offer single classes as well as economical packages for multiple classes. Check the rates page for a complete listing of all options.

Do you also teach in English?

At Pilates Anders, classes are taught primarily in English. Saskia and Eline teach classes in both Dutch and English, while the other instructors teach exclusively in English.

Where do I find you guys?

You'll find us at the Pudding Factory on Viaductstraat 3a, room 9.

If the side door is open, you can walk directly upstairs to the second floor, room 9. Is the side door closed? Then use the intercom at the main entrance. Key in "pilates," and I'll let you in. The elevator is on the right, and the stairs are right around the corner.

Great Pilates studio! After my pregnancy, I started taking Reformer Pilates to get my body back in good shape. First private class and then regular classes. I was sold immediately! After just a few classes I noticed a lot of difference in strength and a good connection with the deep abdominal muscles again! Saskia and all the other trainers are very knowledgeable and offer good guidance to perform the exercises properly, something that is so important in Pilates. Also very happy with the small groups, so there is a lot of room for personal guidance. For me, Pilates is the perfect complement to the other sports/activities I do (yoga, strength training, running)!

For over three years I have been taking classes on the Reformer at Pilates Anders. What a great way to keep your body fit and toned. All teachers have a nice, personal and professional approach. Every class is different. I still get muscle pain after each class, but that shows that they are working on your body. I'm already 'elderly' (65+), but Pilates Anders shows that their classes work for everyone.

I am very happy that I started with Pilates Anders 2 years ago... Nice and professional classes in a relaxed and nice atmosphere... They always take into account your abilities and make the necessary adjustments... You don't have to be super skinny to find out after a few lessons that your body has become stronger... Pilates Anders highly recommended!

Very sweet Pilates studio. The teachers here really focus on alignment and core. The modifications are very helpful to train the body more efficiently. The schedule is variable with a generous range of classes each week. The reformer machines are professional. The maximum number of participants per class is small, allowing the teacher to keep an eye on each student.Highly recommended for people who enjoy exercising, as well as those recovering from injuries or something else.

Incredibly nice pilates studio where you feel welcome right from the first class! The instructors are professional, committed and make sure everyone, regardless of experience, gets the most out of the sessions. I noticed an improvement in my strength, flexibility and posture after just a few weeks.
